Our movement room is spacious and open, full of natural light and real wood floors. It boasts 5 professional standard X-Poles that operate on both spin and static modes which are completely removeable, and is completely stocked with movement props such as yoga mats, blocks, foam rollers, gymnastics rings, bolsters, resistance bands, body blades, pull up bars, a complete rainbow set of 'gym scooters' (yes, you read that right) and more!

 

We generally have 3-5 local movement instructors that offer various services from this space, including pole dancing, pole fitness, lyra classes, adult dance classes, yoga, hoop dancing, group fitness, private instruction, and more!
